You can assign only one attendance scheme to an employee at a time. However, you can change an employee’s attendance scheme as per the requirements. The Position History page displays all the attendance schemes assigned to the employee till date. To view the history of the attendance scheme assigned to an employee, perform the following actions:
- Login to your greytHR admin portal, and then navigate to Employee > Information > Position History. The Position History page appears.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose attendance scheme history you want to view.
- The Attendance Scheme category displays the complete history of all the attendance schemes assigned to the selected employee.
