No. As per the latest directive from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, a company must submit its employee’s bank account and Aadhaar details mandatorily while filing PF returns. Your admin initiates a Bank Account data drive only for the purpose of collecting employee’s identification to submit your PF returns. The information you provided does not affect your salary account or any transactions in any manner.
