To view your team’s helpdesks requests, perform the following actions:
- On your Home page, click Tasks > Review. The Review page opens.
- Point to LETTER and click Helpdesk. Under the Active tab, you can view all the pending helpdesk requests raised by your team.
Note: You can view the helpdesk requests if you are an approver. If you are not an approver, your team’s helpdesk requests are sent for approval to the approver.
