A reimbursement payslip is a document provided to employees to show reimbursements or expense claims that have been approved and processed by the employer. It outlines the details of the expenses incurred by the employee and the corresponding reimbursement amount. It helps to track business-related expenses and provides transparency regarding the reimbursement process.
To view and download your previous month’s reimbursement payslip, perform the following actions:
- On your Home page, click Salary > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
- From the Month dropdown list, select the previous month for which you want to view the payslip. Under the Reimb. Payslip tab, you can view the selected month’s CTC payslip.
- Click the Download icon to download the payslip. The selected month’s reimbursement payslip downloads in pdf format.
