How can employee view and download my previous year’s PF YTD statement?

To view and download your previous year’s PF YTD statement, perform the following actions:

  1. On your Home page, click Salary > YTD Reports. The YTD Reports page opens.
  2. From the Year dropdown list, select the previous year. Under the PF YTD Statement tab, you can view your previous year’s PF YTD statement.
  3. Click the Download icon to download the statement. The previous year’s PF YTD statement downloads in pdf format.
