To edit/delete a form, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Settings Icon > System Settings > Checklist > Checklist Dashboard.
- Select a checklist.
- Expand the Task Templates card. A list of all the tasks displays.
- For the task in which the form you want to edit is available, click the ⁝ menu.
To delete the form, click the ‘x’ icon and click Save. - Click Edit. The Edit Task Template pop-up appears.
- Edit or reconfigure the form as per your requirements.
- Click Save to save the updated form.
