Can employee edit declaration if it is locked?

An Income Tax (IT) declaration helps employer to estimate employee's Income Tax (IT) for the current financial year. Employees can only edit their IT declaration if the declaration window is open. If the window is locked, employees cannot resubmit the IT declaration. Please contact the admin to reopen or unlock IT declaration window.
