To create a helpdesk ticket, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR ESS login, click Helpdesk. The Helpdesk page opens.
- Click New Request to raise a ticket. The New Request window appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the relevant category.
- In the Subject text box, enter a short description of your requirement.
- In the Description text box, enter detailed information about your requirements.
- Click Attach File to attach any screenshot or document related to the ticket.
- From the Priority dropdown list, select the priority of your request.
- Click Submit to create a helpdesk ticket.
