To raise a support ticket, perform the following actions:
- On your ESS Home page, click Helpdesk. The Helpdesk page opens.
- Click New Request to raise a ticket. The New Request window appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the relevant category.
- In the Subject text box, enter a short description of your requirement.
- In the Description text box, enter detailed information about your requirement.
- Attach any screenshot or document, related to the ticket using the Attach File option.
- From the Priority dropdown list, select the priority of your request.
- Click Submit to raise the support ticket. A success message appears.
