To view the status of your helpdesk ticket, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR ESS login, click Helpdesk. The Helpdesk page opens.
- Click the Active tab. The tab displays a list of all the tickets raised, withdrawn, pending, and resolved.
- Click the required request card. The card expands and displays the status of your ticket.
