Automatic leave year end processing refers to the automated procedure or system that handles the closure and transition of the leave cycle or year in an organization.
An admin can edit the date of automatic processing of leave year end (LYE) only up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
To edit the date of the automatic (LYE), the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin Home page, you can view the Leave Year End Process banner.
- On the banner, above the Note, there is an Edit link. Click the Edit hyperlink.
- The Time for Leave Year End Process banner appears.
- Select option Yes, I would relax and let greytHR do the work. Do it on.
- The Date dropdown calendar appears. Select the date on which you prefer the process to be completed automatically.
- Click Submit.
