To generate Income Tax - Monthly Statement report, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Income Tax - Monthly Statement. The Income Tax - Monthly Statement form opens.
- From the Employee Category dropdown list, select the required option.
- From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the order of the report.
- Select the following, if applicable:
- Include employees who have left the organization

Include zero income tax employees
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Include Contract Employees, if required.
- From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
- Click Save to save the customizations.
- Click Generate to generate the Income Tax - Monthly Statement.
