To ensure that employees acknowledge their POI declaration, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > POI Overview. The POI Overview page opens.
- Click the Settings icon on the right side of the screen. The POI Settings widget opens.
- Under Employee ESS Settings, select Allow employees to acknowledge their declaration.
- In the Declaration Note description box, add the content that employees must read and acknowledge.
Note: This declaration is displayed on the ESS portal when the employees' click Submit POI button. A pop-up appears displaying the declaration and asking for confirmation.
- Click Save Settings to activate declaration acknowledgment.
