Assigning Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to an employee means allocating specific risk metrics or indicators to an individual within an organization.
To assign the KRI's to an employee, perform the following actions:
- In the skills2talent portal, on MSS portal Dashboard, under Talent Management, click Report's Goal Management. The Report's SMART Goal Management page opens.
- From the Select Goal Plan dropdown list, select a cycle. The Employee Details table displays.
- In the table, under the Actions column, click Manage Report's Goals for the employee to whom you want to assign the KRI. The Employee's SMART Goal Management page opens.
- Click Assign new goals from options. The SMART Goals Creation pop-up appears.
- Click Goal Library/+Personal Goal/Assign Previous Goals as per your requirement.
- Select the required details to create the goal. Clone to Create Goal page opens.
- From the Goal Category dropdown list, select the required category.
- In the Goal Title description box, enter the title for the new goal.
- Under the Metric text box, enter the measurements from which you will mark the goal as completed.
- Click Click here to Clone and Create Goal(s) to assign a new goal to the employee.
