How can admin check the individual goals in the PMS?

Skills2Talent™ is a suitable player since 2013 in the people performance management domain and offers different PMS (Performance Management System) products. This uniquely differentiated products portfolio includes SMB PMS, enterprise PMS and OKR PMS (OKR Stars™).

To check individual goals in the PMS, the admin must perform the following actions:

    1. In the skills2talent portal, on Admin Dashboard, under SMART Goal & Overall Performance Management Administration, click Goal Time Period Plan Management. The Goal Planning page opens.
    2. Click the Report icon available in the row of the required Goal Plan.
    3. Click Goal Report.
