How can admin generate Form IV - Overtime register for workers - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report?

For you to be able to generate Form IV, you must have the Overtime Register. To generate Form IV - Overtime register for workers - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Minimum wage rule. From the search results, select Form IV - Overtime register for workers - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh.  The required form opens.
  3. From the Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. Customize the report as per your requirement and click Save to save the customizations.
  7. Click Generate to generate the Form IV - Overtime register for workers - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report.
