How can admin generate Form II - Register of deductions for damages or loss caused to employer by neglect or default of employed person - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report?

As an admin, you must have the damage details to generate Form II. You can collect the fine details by navigating to Employee > Statutory > Fines/Damages.

To generate Form I - Register of Fines - Minimum Wage Rules - Andhra Pradesh report, perform the following actions:

1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. In the search box, enter Minimum wage rule. From the search results, select Form II - Register of deductions for damages or loss caused to the employer by neglect or default of employed person - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report.  The required form opens.
3. From the Payroll dropdown list, select the relevant month.
4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirement.
5. Click Options to customize the report.
6. Customize the report as per your requirement and click Save to save the customizations.
7. Click Generate to generate the Form II - Register of deductions for damages or loss caused to the employer by neglect or default of employed person - Minimum wage rule - Andhra Pradesh report.
