Enabling the attachment option in the Proof of Identity (POI) module means allowing employees or users to upload or attach supporting documents or files as proof of their identity.
To enable the attachment option in the POI module, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > POI Overview. The POI Overview page opens.
- Click the Settings icon on the right side. The POI Settings page opens.
- Under the Attachments section, select Enable Attachments.
- Click Save Settings to save the changes and enable attachments in the POI module.
