How can admin download proof of investments attached by an employee?

Proof of investments refers to supporting documentation or evidence provided by an employee to verify the investments they have made.

To download proof of investments attached by an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > POI Overview. The POI Overview page opens.
2. Under the Pending for Review/Pending for Payroll tab, select the Individual Details option.
3. Select the employee for whom you want to download proofs.
4. Click Download Proofs.
   Note: The proof of investments can be downloaded for individual employees.
