Admins create tickets to seek assistance or resolution for various issues they encounter.
To track tickets created by the Admin/User, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin Home page, navigate to My Account > My Account > Tickets. The Tickets page opens.
- From the Status dropdown list, select the required status such as All, Open, or Solved. The list displays.
