Reports are documents that provide organized and detailed information about a specific topic. They are typically used to present findings, analysis, or summaries of data.
To view and generate a report, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens in a new tab.
- Select the required report from the list. Example - Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II. The Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report II pop-up appears.
- From the Year dropdown list, select the required year.
- From the Claims Template dropdown list, select the required option.
- From the Claims Item dropdown list, select the required option.
- Click Options. A pop-up appears.
- From the Category1 and Category2 dropdown lists, select the required option.
- From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required report output type.
- Click Run to generate and view the report.
