Yes. Once the admin disables an entity, the user login and password related to that entity also deactivate.
To retrieve the data of a disabled entity, you must activate the user login/multi-company.
The greytHR's Multi Company Info page allows you to add and manage your entity companies that work with other clients.
To activate/deactivate an entity, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > General > Multi Company Info. The Multi Company Info page opens.
- From the Company dropdown list, select the company which you want to activate/deactivate.
- Click Activate/De-Activate button to activate/deactivate the company. A success message appears.
