Enabling the Bella ESS chatbot for employees refers to the activation or implementation of a chatbot named "Bella ESS" within the greytHR Employee Self-Service (ESS) system.
To enable the Bella ESS chatbot for your employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to My Account > New Features. The New Features page opens and displays the list of features.
- Click the Employee Chatbot feature card. The card expands.
- Click Enable this feature button. The Enable Feature pop-up appears.
- Click Confirm to enable the Bella ESS chatbot for your employees.
