The helpdesk request timeline documents the timeline of events related to the employee's support requests, including the initial request, updates, and the resolution or status of each request.
To view the helpdesk timeline in mobile application, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Helpdesk. The Helpdesk screen opens.
- Tap the Pending/History tabs. A list of helpdesk request cards appear.
- Select the required request card.
- Tap the View More option. The View Details screen appears.
- Tap View Timeline. The Application Timeline section displays the required information.
